Feel Better the Natural Way!
As a licensed acupuncturist in Hawaii since 2007, I received my education at TCMCH in Waimea on the Big Island. Growing up on Oahu, I try to travel home as often as possible. In 2020, I also obtained my California license. My primary focus and area of study is integrative and functional health, with a particular interest in the central nervous system, inflammation, the gut microbiome, hormone health, and helping individuals transform core wounds in their everyday lives. I am passionate about promoting complete healing of the mind, body, and spirit. In my spare time, I have been practicing and teaching yoga since my teenage years. I am grateful to have the opportunity to support individuals in their personal health transformations through my work.
You are living your best life when your mind and body are balanced and healthy. That's why we take a holistic approach to preventing and reversing disease.
Our goal is to provide comprehensive alternative medical care that considers the whole person, including mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
At Morningstar Acupuncture, we promise to prioritize your health and overall wellbeing by providing you with the tools, knowledge, and guidance needed to help you achieve optimal health.
Acupuncture is a powerful tool for improving a wide range of health conditions including chronic pain, stress, and anxiety. It works by promoting relaxation and balance in the body and central nervous system (CNS). In my experience, once the CNS has been relaxed, new pathways for healing open.
Inflammation is often at the root of many health conditions and diseases. Our approach addresses the daily causes of inflammation, including inflammatory foods. Once the body is free of the constant strain of inflammation, we can more clearly see and treat the root of chronic pain, microbiome issues, and mental/brain frog.
Hormonal health is a crucial aspect of overall wellbeing, and I am passionate about helping my clients achieve optimal health through hormonal therapy. I am constantly learning more and incorporating what I know into the practice. I look forward to adding much more blood work and analysis in the future as my practice expands.
